Then STAND UP! is for you.
StandUp! Is a group exercise program given twice a week. It is run by a certified trainer, our Registered Nurse (RN) Arro Barry. You will learn how to avoid falls in your home, and you will learn exercises for strength, balance and flexibility.
What to expect:
- Learn about preventing falls
- Make your legs stronger
- Keep your bones healthy
- Stay in shape, keep healthy
- Adopt safe behaviours
- Have fun!
