Everyone can benefit from this 6 week workshop. Over the course of the six weeks we will touch on topics such as relaxation exercises, mindfulness, body mapping, goal setting and developing a better understanding of stress and its role in impacting the way you feel and react to situations. Stress is a natural part of our everyday lives, yet it can impact on different parts of our health. The Creating Calm & Reducing Stress Workshop is recommended for anyone with fatigue, high blood pressure, chronic pain, anxiety, situational life events, or an interest in learning new strategies.
