Creating Calm and Reducing Stress

Stress is a natural part of our everyday life. The goal of the Creating Calm and Reducing Stress series is to develop a better understanding of stress and its role in the way you feel and react to situations. It is an introduction to relaxation skills, mindfullness, goal setting and exploring the relationships between thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
