This weekly program offers a space in which to practice mindfulness. Mindfulness practices focus on being with ourselves compassionately and non-judgementally. This can reduce stress and increase self-awareness. Weekly activities vary, but might include grounding, guided meditations, visualizations, mindful creativity, videos, and other skills to maintain our mindfulness.
