SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

We are very proud to announce that we have received funding to expand our clinic and open a third location in the downtown core of Sudbury! Expected to open late 2019, this location (200 Larch Street) will focus on the marginalized and homeless population in partnership with the CMHA of Sudbury/Manitoulin. This funding will help to ensure quality primary health care is more accessible to people in the Sudbury District living with medical conditions, mental illness, addictions and poverty closer to home.

Our Riverside Site has Moved to a New Location

When SDNPC first opened in 2007, who would have thought our clinic would grow to the extent it has! Early next year, we will open our third location and will have over 25 staff working between the three sites.  As a result, we have outgrown our Riverside office, and we're excited to announce that it is moving.

Starting December 3rd, we will see patients from the Riverside site in our new location at 30 Ste. Anne Road behind Red Oak Villa. Our new office will be located on the 3rd floor and have a great view of the city.

Due to construction, our temporary parking lot will be accessed from Mackenzie Street.
See the X marking the entrance on the map. Parking area is in grey with a car icon.

NP Outreach - Making a difference

community mosChapleau

The NPs at SDNPC have provided outreach well woman clinics to residents of the underserviced town of Chapleau since 2007. On a rotating schedule, NPs would travel to Chapleau for one week every 2 months to provide these services. With the development of a Family Health Team in Chapleau, residents are now able to see local health care providers thus our services are no longer required at this time.

Lively High School

For a period of 1 year, SDNPC provided temporary onsite access to primary health care services for the students of Lively High School.
